Conservative experimental project migration: report blockers and pin their connected closure, then convert eligible portable libraries and consoles to net10.0 with explicit items. Excludes web, desktop, central package management and uncertain MSBuild/source models. No runtime compatibility guarantee: restore, build, tests and a separately reviewed typed API pass are required before adoption. Does not suppress diagnostics, disable signing or rewrite application source.
