Rename org.springframework.cloud.contract packages to sh.stubborn.contract

Recursively rewrites all Java import statements from org.springframework.cloud.contract.* to sh.stubborn.contract., and the JSON/XML assertion packages from com.toomuchcoding. to sh.stubborn.*.
