Convert FLOAT to REAL or DOUBLE PRECISION

Proprietary

Replaces FLOAT(p) with REAL when its binary precision p is at most 24, and with DOUBLE PRECISION otherwise. A FLOAT without a precision becomes DOUBLE PRECISION. Oracle accepts a precision of up to 126, while PostgreSQL rejects anything above 53.
