Remove lift-json imports

Removes imports of the lift-json library (net.liftweb.json.*). lift-json is tightly coupled to the Lift framework and should be replaced with a standalone Scala JSON library such as circe or play-json. Removing the imports causes the compiler to highlight all usage sites that need updating.
