Standardize @classmethod first parameter to cls
ProprietaryEnsure that @classmethod methods use cls as their first parameter, as required by PEP 8, and update its references in the body. It only fires under the builtin classmethod, not one the file rebinds, and leaves alone a method that already uses cls, or mentions the old name in an import or a nested function or class.
