Collapse self-cancelling ^ / - with duplicate operands to 0
ProprietaryWhen both operands of ^ or - are the same expression, reduce to 0 (the self-cancelling identity). Only fires where the operand's type resolves to int and it has no side effects, since floats, sets and bools give other results. An operation holding comments is left alone.
