Find deprecated tls.parseCertString() usage

Proprietary

tls.parseCertString() was runtime-deprecated in Node.js 9 (DEP0076) and removed in Node.js 18. It never parsed multi-value Relative Distinguished Names correctly, and querystring.parse() is not a safe replacement either. Read the parsed subject and issuer objects from tlsSocket.getPeerCertificate() instead. Finds calls, and references that are not calls, such as tls.parseCertString passed as a callback or checked for feature detection, and calls through names it was imported, required or destructured as.
