Find async stream implementation methods

Proprietary

Before Node.js 18, a stream treated the promise returned by _construct(), _destroy(), _final(), _transform() or _flush() as if the callback had been called, and pushed the value a _transform() or _flush() promise resolved to. Node.js 18 removed this (DEP0157), so an async implementation that never calls its callback leaves the stream hanging. Finds async implementations in stream subclasses and in the options passed to stream constructors, so they can be changed to call the callback.
