Add new when instantiating node:repl classes

Proprietary

Calling the node:repl classes REPLServer and Recoverable as plain functions was runtime-deprecated in Node.js 24 and removed in Node.js 25 (DEP0185), where it now throws. The new qualifier must be used instead. Adding new is the whole fix: these classes returned a new instance either way, so the call keeps its arguments and its result.
