Remove unused `express-request-id` dependency

Removes express-request-id and @types/express-request-id from each package.json whose package no longer references it from any JavaScript or TypeScript source or tool configuration. uuid is kept, since the application may use it directly. Lock files are not regenerated; run the package manager's install afterwards.
