Replace ChildProcess._channel with ChildProcess.channel

The _channel property of the child process objects returned by spawn() and similar functions was never intended for public use and was removed in Node.js 25 (DEP0129). The documented channel property holds the same IPC channel reference, so the rename is the whole fix.
