Remove Maven managed dependency

org.openrewrite:rewrite-mavenRemoves a single managed dependency from the <dependencyManagement><dependencies> section of the pom.xml.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.maven.RemoveManagedDependency --recipe-option "groupId=com.google.guava" --recipe-option "artifactId=guava"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:
