Change Maven plugin executions

org.openrewrite:rewrite-mavenApply the specified executions to a Maven plugin. Will not add the plugin if it does not already exist in the pom.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.maven.ChangePluginExecutions --recipe-option "groupId=org.openrewrite.maven" --recipe-option "artifactId=rewrite-maven-plugin"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:
