Set Maven project packaging

org.openrewrite.maven.ChangePackagingArtifact
org.openrewrite:rewrite-mavenSets the packaging type of Maven projects. Either adds the packaging tag if it is missing or changes its context if present.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.maven.ChangePackaging --recipe-option "groupId=org.openrewrite.*" --recipe-option "artifactId=rewrite-*" --recipe-option "packaging=jar"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:

oldPackaging | String | The old packaging type. If provided, will only change if the current packaging matches e.g. jar |
