Find Cipher.getInstance("AES/ECB/...") calls

ECB mode encrypts identical plaintext blocks to identical ciphertext blocks, leaking structure (the famous "ECB penguin"). Use AES/GCM/NoPadding or AES/CBC/PKCS5Padding with a random IV per message.
