Find requireNotNull(javaCall()) patterns
Recipe ID
org.openrewrite.kotlin.interop.FindRequireNotNullOnJavaCall$KtRecipeArtifact
io.moderne.recipe:recipes-kotlinrequireNotNull(javaApi.something()) is the safe-conversion idiom when a Java API returns an unannotated reference (platform type T!). Once the underlying API is annotated @Nullable/@NotNull (or migrated to Kotlin), the wrapper either becomes javaApi.something()!! or disappears entirely.
