Upgrade jenkins java version

org.openrewrite.recipe:rewrite-jenkinsUpgrades the version of java specified in Jenkins groovy scripts. Will not downgrade if the version is newer than the specified version.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.jenkins.UpgradeJavaVersion --recipe-option "version=17" --recipe-option "distribution=openjdk"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:
