TestNG assertThrows/expectThrows to AssertJ

Convert TestNG-style assertThrows() and expectThrows() to AssertJ's assertThatExceptionOfType().isThrownBy() (or assertThatThrownBy() when no exception type is given) to allow for chained assertions on the thrown exception.
