Remove withLocalCompose(true)

Testcontainers 2 removed withLocalCompose(boolean) from ComposeContainer, which uses the local Docker Compose binary when it is created without a DockerImageName. This removes withLocalCompose(true) from DockerComposeContainer and ComposeContainer. Other arguments are left for a manual migration.
