Upgrade Byte Buddy along with Mockito 4

Upgrade Byte Buddy to 1.12.19 where Mockito 4.10.0 or a later 4.x, which depends on that version, gets an older Byte Buddy transitively, such as one whose version a BOM like that of Spring Boot 2 manages. Such a Mockito fails to load its mock maker, for example with a ClassNotFoundException for net.bytebuddy.utility.GraalImageCode.
