Upgrade Byte Buddy along with Mockito 3

Upgrade Byte Buddy to 1.11.13 where Mockito 3.12.1 or a later 3.x, which depends on that version, gets an older Byte Buddy transitively, such as one whose version a BOM like that of Spring Boot 2 manages.
