Migrate spring-session and spring-boot-starter-redis from Boot 1.x

Spring Boot 2.0 removed spring-boot-starter-redis in favor of spring-boot-starter-data-redis, and Spring Session 2.0 split the single spring-session jar into spring-session-core and one module per store. Rename spring-session to spring-session-data-redis only in modules that use Redis, since spring-session 1.x also contained the JDBC, Hazelcast, MongoDB and GemFire stores.
