Fix permissive X509TrustManager implementations

Replaces empty checkClientTrusted and checkServerTrusted method bodies on javax.net.ssl.X509TrustManager implementations with a throw new CertificateException("Not trusted") so the trust manager fails closed instead of accepting any certificate.
