Configure logback logger level

org.openrewrite.recipe:rewrite-logging-frameworksWithin logback.xml configuration files sets the specified log level for a particular class. Will not create a logback.xml if one does not already exist.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.java.logging.logback.ConfigureLoggerLevel --recipe-option "className=com.example.MyClass" --recipe-option "logLevel=off"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:
