Use the Jackson 3 object mapper factory of REST Assured

REST Assured 6 configures Jackson 3 through jackson3ObjectMapperFactory and ObjectMapperType.JACKSON_3, next to their Jackson 2 counterparts, which do not accept a Jackson 3 ObjectMapper.

  1. Change method name io.restassured.config.ObjectMapperConfig jackson2ObjectMapperFactory(..) to jackson3ObjectMapperFactory
  2. Change type Jackson2ObjectMapperFactory to Jackson3ObjectMapperFactory
  3. Change type DefaultJackson2ObjectMapperFactory to DefaultJackson3ObjectMapperFactory
  4. Replace constant with another constant
