Add Jackson 3 jackson-databind for sources that use it transitively

Add tools.jackson.core:jackson-databind to modules whose sources use its Jackson 2 types, but only get com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-databind transitively. Jackson 2 artifacts that are declared directly are upgraded instead.
