Replace constant with literal value

org.openrewrite:rewrite-javaReplace a named constant with a literal value when you wish to remove the old constant. A String literal must include escaped quotes.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.java.ReplaceConstant --recipe-option "owningType=com.google.common.base.Charsets" --recipe-option "constantName=UTF_8" --recipe-option "literalValue=UTF_8"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:
