Set the Develocity projectId

org.openrewrite:rewrite-gradleSets the projectId in the develocity block of a Gradle settings file, adding it after the server assignment when absent or updating it when it differs. The projectId is used by newer Develocity servers to associate build scans with a project.
Usage
You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.
mod run . --recipe org.openrewrite.gradle.plugins.SetDevelocityProjectId --recipe-option "projectId=openrewrite"If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:
