Adopt testify require.True

Replace if !cond { t.Fatal(...) } with require.True(t, cond) and if cond { t.Fatal(...) } with require.False(t, cond) from github.com/stretchr/testify/require. Comparison conditions are left to the Equal / Nil / Len recipes.
