Adopt testify assert.True

Replace if !cond { t.Error(...) } with assert.True(t, cond) and if cond { t.Error(...) } with assert.False(t, cond) from github.com/stretchr/testify/assert. Comparison conditions are left to the Equal / Nil / Len recipes.
