You’ll need the Moderne CLI configured before running the command below.

If the recipe isn’t available locally, install it with:

mod config recipes jar install org.openrewrite.recipe:rewrite-concourse:RELEASE

`oldURIPattern`	`String`	The old URI value to replace. This can be a regex pattern. If left empty, replace all occurrences. e.g. `https://github.com/openrewrite/rewrite`
`newURI`required	`String`	New URI value to replace the old URI value with. e.g. `git@gitlab.com:openrewrite/rewrite.git`
`fileMatcher`	`String`	Matching files will be modified. This is a glob expression. e.g. `*/pipeline.yml`
