Angular CDK 20 code changes

The @angular/cdk source changes of the version 20 migration: renames the removed *PortalHost aliases to their *PortalOutlet classes, drops the ComponentFactoryResolver arguments of the portal constructors, migrates DragDropRegistry off its type arguments and scroll subject, and finds the removed dialog, portal and table APIs and the SelectionModel overrides that still return void. UpgradeToAngular20 includes this recipe.
