Angular CDK 14 code changes

The @angular/cdk source changes of the version 14 migration: migrates CdkStepper subclasses off the private _orientation and the removed _document parameter, and finds imports from the removed @angular/cdk/testing/protractor entry point. UpgradeToAngular14 includes this recipe.
