Angular CDK 13 code changes

The @angular/cdk source changes of the version 13 migration: renames CKD_COPY_TO_CLIPBOARD_CONFIG, removes ~ from @angular stylesheet imports, and finds the removed ConnectedPositionStrategy API. UpgradeToAngular13 includes this recipe.
