Remove ~ from @angular stylesheet imports
ProprietaryRemoves the webpack-specific ~ prefix and the .scss extension from @import, @use and @forward rules that load @angular/cdk or @angular/material stylesheets. The Angular 13 CLI deprecated tilde imports. This is the ng update tilde-import migration of @angular/cdk 13.
