Remove the ComponentFactoryResolver argument of CDK portals
ProprietaryCDK 20 removed the deprecated ComponentFactoryResolver parameter of the ComponentPortal constructor and the ComponentFactoryResolver and Document parameters of the DomPortalOutlet constructor. Removes those arguments from new ComponentPortal(...) and new DomPortalOutlet(...) so the remaining ones line up with the new parameter lists. A call that also fits the new parameter list is only changed when the argument is typed or named as a ComponentFactoryResolver.
