Migrate the removed CDK overlay Sass variables

CDK 21 deleted @angular/cdk/overlay/index-deprecated and its $z-index-overlay-container, $z-index-overlay, $z-index-overlay-backdrop and $dark-backdrop-background variables. Replaces the @use with @angular/cdk/overlay and renames the variables to $overlay-container-z-index, $overlay-z-index, $overlay-backdrop-z-index and $overlay-backdrop-color.
