Migrate CdkStepper subclasses to CDK 14
ProprietaryCDK 14 made CdkStepper._orientation private and removed the deprecated _document constructor parameter. Replaces _orientation with the public orientation property and removes the fourth argument of super(...) in classes that extend CdkStepper.
