Find the removed unprefixed CDK portal selectors

Finds .html templates that use the portal or portalHost attribute, which only the TemplatePortalDirective and PortalHostDirective that CDK 21 removed matched. These names are too generic to rename blindly, so confirm they are the CDK directives and rename them to cdkPortal and cdkPortalOutlet.
