Disable explicit LangChain4j request and response logging (OWASP LLM02)

Replace explicit true and Boolean.TRUE arguments to LangChain4j logRequests, logResponses, and logRequestsAndResponses calls with false. This prevents these logging flags from copying prompts and completions into application logs. Dynamic flags, no-argument methods, custom loggers, and Spring AI advisors are not changed. Logging useful for debugging will be disabled; use FindLlmPromptLogging to review other logging paths.
