Disable explicit LLM prompt and completion logging (OWASP LLM02)

Disable explicitly enabled LangChain4j request/response logging flags and Spring AI prompt/completion observation logging in Spring configuration. Only literal true values are replaced; dynamic flags and property placeholders are preserved. This removes diagnostic prompt/completion logs and reduces sensitive-data disclosure. It does not remove custom logging or SimpleLoggerAdvisor registrations.
