Disable explicit LLM content logging and tool-content tracing (OWASP LLM02)

Disable supported explicit prompt/completion logging flags and Spring AI tool-content tracing. Tool-content tracing exports arguments and results as span attributes. These fixes preserve ordinary timing/operational observation settings; custom logging and observation filters need separate review. Run the individual recipes to adopt only one of these behavior changes.
