Migrate AWS SDK apache-client to apache5-client

Migrates software.amazon.awssdk:apache-client to software.amazon.awssdk:apache5-client for projects using Camel AWS components. Explicit versions are set to 2.46.0, the AWS SDK release that made apache5-client the default; BOM-managed dependencies keep their managed version.
