Migrate camel-atmosphere-websocket header values to new naming convention

Renames the atmosphere-websocket Exchange header string values from websocket.* to CamelAtmosphereWebsocket*, only when the camel-atmosphere-websocket dependency is present. Symbolic WebsocketConstants references are unaffected and need no migration.
