Migrate quarkus-cxf to 3.22

Removes the quarkus-cxf-rt-transports-http-hc5 extension (asynchronous mode is provided by the Vert.x HttpClient based conduit in io.quarkiverse.cxf:quarkus-cxf) and drops the removed HttpClientHTTPConduitFactory value of *.http-conduit-factory so that the default VertxHttpClientHTTPConduit takes over, for quarkus-cxf 3.22.0. Other http-conduit-factory values such as URLConnectionHTTPConduitFactory stay supported and are left untouched.
