Rename private constants to upper snake case

Renames private static final fields typed as a primitive, a boxed primitive or String to upper snake case and updates every reference, which a private field confines to its file. Constants that are not private, enum constants and fields annotated with Lombok are left alone, as is a rename whose new name the file already uses, a class in it inherits, or a string literal in it names.
