Find overridable method calls in constructors

Marks a call from a constructor to a method that a subclass can override. The override runs before the subclass constructor, so it sees that subclass's fields unset, typically causing a NullPointerException. A class that can only be extended in its own file is reported only when that file overrides the method. Skips test sources.
