Find printf-style format strings that fail at runtime

Marks a literal String.format, formatted, printf or Formatter.format format string that java.util.Formatter rejects, so the call throws an IllegalFormatException: an unknown conversion such as %i, a flag the conversion does not accept, too few arguments, or an argument of the wrong type. Test sources are skipped.
