Resolve common static analysis issues (also known as SAST issues). This builds on the open source org.openrewrite.staticanalysis.CommonStaticAnalysis: it runs every recipe that one does, and adds Moderne's proprietary remediations, which use program analysis to make a change only where it is safe, such as replacing a Hashtable, Vector, Stack or StringBuffer that never leaves its method.
