Add a default clause to switch statements
ProprietaryAdds a default clause that does nothing, with a comment saying so, to a switch statement that has none. Only int, char, short, byte, their boxed types, String and enum selectors are checked, since other switches must already be exhaustive, and an enum switch covering every constant is left alone, as is a switch with no safe place for the clause.
